FRAUD + FRAUD + FRAUD = FRAUD

Was Microsoft guilty of a fraud when they sold Windows ME, a program that was full or errors, 40 of them "critical updates", and still it simply does not work right?

Was Dell Corp. guilty of a fraud when they sold computers with Windows ME in it, and when they finally realized just what a porker they were installing and selling, not notifying their customers, not offering a completely new program (such as Windows 98 Pro or Windows XP).

It is my firm belief that the answer to both questions is a resounding YES. I believe that the U.S. Attorney General should have investigated and made some sort of determination, and if they found the program faulty, and in spite of all the updates, that it still did not operate right, then filed a fraud complaint against both companies.

BANK OF AMERICA REFUNDS ME (NO, NOT WIDOWS ME) $.49
Sure the liars and cheats down at B of A had to be sued, a Class-Action) to be forced to do what was RIGHT, so I got 49 cents back. Small amount, sure, and the lawyers made a lot out of that suit, believe me, but it never should have happened in the first place. That's what should happen to Bill Gates and Michael Dell. It's like AOL Online cheating millions on those FREE 30 day trials, hooking people into the system and making it difficult to get out. I call that a FRAUD as well. The Millenium Edition is crap compared to #98 or XP, just crap.
